Iron Ward / augmented stopper
Cyber-Ball Manager drops football 500 years into the future: faster, more violent, more commercial, and still somehow your fault when the fans riot.
Pick the formation, set the risk, and leave instructions for when the score ruins your afternoon.
Install match-day bonuses in four body slots. Powerful, expensive, and not covered by a sensible warranty.
Hire staff, build facilities, balance the money, and keep the supporters only normally furious.
Buy teamless players immediately or spend eight hours wondering whether somebody will outbid you.
Current access // development server
Cyber-Ball Manager is still under active development. The playable build lives on the development server while the larger machinery is being assembled.
Expect frequent changes and the occasional loose bolt.
Five centuries have not made football safer or more sensible. It is faster, ultra-commercial, and considerably more violent. Some rules were changed. Others were apparently considered optional.
Cyber-Ball Manager puts you in charge of the whole club. Coach, manager, owner, accountant when necessary. Nobody else seems willing.
You train the players, set the tactics, buy and sell, sign sponsors, build the stadium, and try to keep the fans happy. Well, happy and bloodthirsty.
Development world // running elsewhere
Fixtures, transfers, training, and the rest of club life continue on the development server. The public site keeps the useful reading material here and leaves the experimental machinery over there.

Set the formation, intensity, width, height, violence, and what the team should do when events become inconvenient.
Buy teamless players at once, or place a bid and wait to see which rival manager also has too much money.
Build facilities, hire staff, find sponsors, and give the club something useful around the eleven players.

Note from the developer
CBM is still early in development. The plan is free-to-play, supported by optional paid extras. Quite a lot works already; quite a lot is still capable of surprising me.
